Please Read

To keep every appointment running smoothly and respect everyone's time, please review the following before booking.

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes toward your total.
Your time is reserved right away, then fully confirmed after your deposit is received.
Only clients receiving service may attend appointments unless approved beforehand.

Please communicate if running late. A 10-minute grace period is allowed with communication.
After 10 minutes without notice, appointments will be canceled.
Detailed sets may require additional time.

You can cancel or reschedule any time through your appointment page, or by reaching out directly.
Your deposit reserves a specific time slot just for you — it's tied to that reservation and can be forfeited under the circumstances below.
Reasonable communication matters. Life happens (transportation issues, emergencies, family situations) and Aysia will work with you when you give a heads-up.
Reschedules done with notice carry your deposit over to the new appointment.

No-call, no-show: arriving without any communication before or around your appointment time.
Extremely late cancellations without notice — generally less than 30 minutes to 1 hour before your appointment, depending on the situation.
Reaching out after your appointment time has already passed without previously letting Aysia know about a delay.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in being declined for future bookings.

If something comes up beforehand — transportation, emergency, family — reach out and Aysia may approve a reschedule or honor the deposit at her discretion.
Appointment times are reserved specifically for you, so this flexibility relies on honest, timely communication and won't be extended to repeated abuse.
